Project Description: Ground Floor Renovation & Rear Extension

This ground floor renovation of a mid-century modern home included a rear extension to expand the kitchen and living room. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the design blends the home's original architecture with the clients' love for airy, Mediterranean-inspired interiors.

Natural marble, light wood tones, and white clay accents create a warm, textural palette. The new open-plan layout brings in abundant natural light and enhances the connection between indoor and outdoor living, resulting in a serene and stylish space tailored to modern family life.
